Although many hand made items oftentimes have slight irregularities, which is characteristic of hand made goods, we are nonetheless picky about quality. However, if you need to return an item, please contact us at our email address in the website within 30 days for a refund. |

We ship USPS unless otherwise specified. Recently USPS shipments within the US during the current Covid-19 situation have been making good time, although they say they are giving priority to critical shipments.
